What we offer
Ballet
Is considered the cornerstone for all dancers, forming the basis for many other dance styles. It teaches poise, posture, improves balance and coordination.
Tap
Is a rhythmical style of dance. It provides an enjoyable way for young dancers to develop their coordination and appreciate percussive sound and movement.
Jazz
Is an umbrella term that incorporates modern, street jazz and up to date styles of dance. It helps the dancer increase their strength, flexibility and coordination.
Acrobatic Arts
Is a class which teaches acrobatic movement that can be incorporated in a dance context. It includes limbering, tumbling and partnering.
Lyrical
Is a dance style that embodies aspects of ballet, jazz, modern and acrobatics. The dancer will develop their expression and their ability to portray emotions.
Drama
Is a class which promotes communication skills, teamwork and encourages imagination and creativity.
Which class would suit my child?
Tiny - suitable for ages 3 to 6 years
Junior - suitable for ages 6 to 11 years
Senior - suitable for ages 11-18 years
Mixed Ability Group - suitable for adults with additional needs

4.00-4.30pm Tiny Drama - ages 3+
4.30-5.30pm Grade 4+ Ballet - ages 12+
Tuesday’s - Cregagh Community Centre
6.00-7.00pm Junior Lyrical - ages 6+
7.00-8.00pm Mixed Ability Group -
for adults with additional needs.
8.00-9.00pm Senior Lyrical - ages 11+

3.00-3.45pm Primary Ballet - ages 5+ (P2)
3.45-4.45pm Junior Tap - ages 6+
